Raymond James welcomes industry veteran with $115 million in client assets in Birmingham, Michigan
ST. PETERSBURG, Fla. – Raymond James welcomed experienced financial advisor Renee Hof-Lacey to Raymond James & Associates (RJA) – the firm’s employee advisor channel – in Birmingham, Michigan, according to Dominic Prioli, senior vice president and Great Lakes regional director for RJA.
Hof-Lacey joins the firm from Morgan Stanley, where she previously managed approximately $115 million in client assets for a variety of clients, including business owners, corporate executives (including an extensive network of executives for a large automotive company), families and individuals, retirees, and women investors. Joining her at Raymond James is Registered Client Service Associate Bradley Brandon. Together, they operate as Hof-Lacey Wealth Management of Raymond James.
“I started my career in financial services when I was 18 years old, working my way up to now nearly 30 years in the industry,” said Hof-Lacey, senior vice president, wealth management. “Being in this profession for so long, and seeing how companies and the industry have evolved over the decades, I just felt like it was time for me to make a move in the interest of the future of my career, and in pursuit of the best possible support as I continue to serve the needs of my clients.
“Having never transferred before, I did not take a move lightly. After visiting Raymond James’ Women’s Symposium in 2019, and meeting with local and senior management over the course of my due diligence process, I knew that Raymond James was ultimately the right move for me. In the end, it was about the people, the advisor centered culture, the freedom to truly own and run my practice, and the level of care for clients.”
Hof-Lacey brings nearly three decades financial services experience, beginning her career in 1989, spending the bulk of her career (27 years) with Morgan Stanley prior to joining Raymond James.
