Raymond James welcomes financial advisor team managing half a billion dollars in assets, continuing growth in Northeast

Client-first culture attracts Pennsylvania-based team

ST. PETERSBURG, Fla. – Continuing Raymond James’ expansion in the Northeast, the firm recently welcomed financial advisors Jesse Brookreson, CRC® and Brian Trymbiski to Raymond James & Associates (RJA) – the firm’s employee advisor channel – in Doylestown, Pennsylvania, according to Kelly Anderson, Northeast regional director for RJA.

Operating as Great Oak Investment Management of Raymond James, the team joins from Wells Fargo where they previously managed more than $500 million in assets for a variety of clients including business owners, corporations, families and individuals, and nonprofits, as well as captive insurance and automotive reinsurance companies. Also joining the Great Oak Investment Management team is Leigh McKee, sales development associate.

“In Raymond James, we found a partner that embraces and supports the unique relationship between the client and advisor,” said Brookreson. “As a firm that’s focused on the wealth management business, it allows us to be laser focused on the investment and planning needs of our clients. We are glad to have found a firm whose core values reflect our own and are excited for the great things that are to come.”

“As Great Oak Investment Management of Raymond James, we are excited to share with our clients the enhanced investment management resources and capabilities Raymond James offers, which gives us the ability to fit the specific needs of each client,” Trymbiski said. “These resources, along with industry-renowned technology and our individual expertise will enhance our client experience for many years to come.”

Brookreson, senior vice president, wealth management, began his financial services career in 1997 as a trader and equity specialist working with institutional investors before joining Wells Fargo as a financial advisor in 2005. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration from LaSalle University.

Trymbiski, first vice president, wealth management, has a decade of financial services experience. A graduate of Ave Maria University, he was a township supervisor of Plumstead Township in Bucks County, Pennsylvania from 2016 to 2021.

“As we continue to build our presence in Doylestown, Pennsylvania, we are honored to welcome aboard this outstanding team to Raymond James,” said Matt Pruitt, branch manager. “Brian, Jesse and Leigh bring a wealth of expertise, credentials, investment management and financial planning experience. We are very proud that the culture and distinguished support at our firm continues to be attractive to top financial advisors like Great Oak Investment Management and others who are looking for an elevated client, financial advisor and team experience.”

“Driven by a commitment to do what’s right for their client, I’m pleased that Great Oak Investment Management recognized in Raymond James the same service-first approach and a culture that embraces the importance of the client-advisor relationship,” said Anderson. “Our growth and success in the Northeast based off of these principles continues to make Raymond James an attractive destination for the region’s top financial advisors.”
