Raymond James welcomes Texas financial advisor with $230 million in client assets

ST. PETERSBURG, Fla. – Raymond James welcomed experienced financial advisor Dan Chick, CFP® to Raymond James Financial Services (RJFS) – the firm’s independent advisor channel – according to Kirk Bell, Central division director for RJFS.

Chick and his team join Raymond James as Park Hill Financial Services in Fort Worth, Texas. Alongside client service associates Jana Terry, Betty Chick and Jay Chick, he provides personalized financial planning to clients which include business owners, corporate executives, retirees and women investors. Chick previously oversaw more than $230 million in client assets at Edward Jones.

“Part of our process with clients is investing significant time getting to the heart of what they want to work toward for themselves and their families, along with the level of risk they are willing to accept. Raymond James stood out for its availability of custom strategies to match exactly what each client needs,” said Chick. “The caliber of advanced planning tools, backed by collaborative home office support, also presents exciting new opportunities and efficiencies for our practice.”

Chick offers his clients over 23 years of experience as a financial advisor, all of which was spent at his previous firm. Prior to becoming an advisor, Chick had a successful career as a CPA at the global firm KPMG Peat Marwick.
