Tsitsi began her career in the UK financial services sector in 2007 as a secretary for a team of investment managers at Charles Stanley Wealth Managers. She is a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Securities & Investments (CISI) and an investment manager specializing in providing discretionary portfolio management services tailored to private individuals, charities and trusts. Tsitsi is particularly passionate about supporting women navigating significant financial transitions, such as divorce, inheritance and business exits.

She is a member of the Raymond James Wealth Management (RJWM) Inclusion Council and co-chair of the RJWM Inclusion Advocate Group which provides ideas and feedback on culture, engagement and coordination of inclusion activities. Her dedication to industry progress is further demonstrated through her role as co-chair for the editorial panel of the CISI digital membership magazine, The Review.

Tsitsi’s contributions have garnered recognition, including the 2018 Women in Finance Rising Star of the Year Award, Bronze Woman of the Year Rising Star Award at the Citywealth 2019 Powerwoman Awards and the CISI Mentor of Year Award 2024. She also recently received the 2024 Charles Stanley Woman of Distinction Award.

Beyond her professional accomplishments, Tsitsi extends her passion for financial literacy and empowerment as a wealth coach for women from underrepresented backgrounds, speaker and podcast host.
