Raymond James announces new technology innovations to enhance advisor service and the client experience
ST. PETERSBURG, Fla. — Reflecting its commitment to delivering advisor-first technology, Raymond James is showcasing new AI capabilities and additional technology enhancements at Elevate, its national conference for independent financial advisors. Designed to support advisor service and the client experience, and available to advisors across affiliations, these initiatives include the launch of Client 360 and the upcoming debut of RJ AI Academy.
Built from the mind of the advisor, Client 360 brings together key client insights into a single view within Client Center, the centralized hub for all client and account information. The new portal surfaces relationship-level information, including account details, recent activity, alerts, CRM interactions and client milestones in a consolidated view so advisors can access insights faster, work more efficiently and focus on what matters most: their clients.
Integrated with the firm’s Opportunities application, which highlights client touchpoints and suggestions to strengthen relationships, Client 360 has tripled engagement with the app as adoption continues to grow.
The release also introduces a refreshed user experience across Client Center and RJ CRM, including updated design and customizable themes. Client 360 reflects Raymond James’ broader technology strategy, using data and intelligent design to enable more personalized, proactive service and strengthen the foundation for ongoing AI capabilities.
To support advisors in adopting the growing number of AI tools and capabilities, the firm is launching RJ AI Academy as part of its Tech Savvy education program. Debuting in May, the AI Academy will offer virtual training and workshops focused on practical applications, including AI prompting, agent productivity, Microsoft 365 integrations and other Raymond James proprietary AI applications and enhancements.
“These enhancements are about putting practical innovation in the hands of advisors,” said Andy Zolper, chief information officer. “By simplifying access to insights and expanding technology education, we’re helping advisors work more efficiently and deliver even more personalized service as they deepen client relationships.”
Other recent innovations are on display at the conference’s Technology Center, where advisors can learn more about:
- The firm’s concierge AI agent to assist in operations support for advisors and their teams
- RJ CRM AI note assistant to optimize note taking and easily identify next steps and action items, as well as activities summaries to scan a client’s recent actions to provide an overview of notes, emails and tasks for meeting preparation
- Zoom AI meeting summaries integrated with RJ CRM to easily create and track multiple related activities, notes and tasks as well as draft recap emails
- Generative AI Search to enhance intuitive question and answer search in the firm’s internal knowledge databases
Raymond James is committed to ongoing meaningful advancements in AI as part of its $1.1 billion annual investment to empower financial professionals, elevate service and deliver innovative solutions.
