Jordan Niefeld, CPA*, CFP®, CEPA, combines deep expertise in tax strategy, comprehensive financial planning, and business owner exit planning to deliver tailored solutions for ultra-high-net-worth individuals, families, and business owners. With a background as a tax CPA and forensic accountant, Jordan brings a unique perspective to wealth management—integrating investment strategies with advanced tax planning and succession solutions. His approach focuses on simplifying complex concepts, anticipating client needs, and guiding them through every stage of their financial journey with clarity and confidence.

Jordan is a Miami native spending his K-12 years at Hillel Community Day School. After earning his degree from Arizona State University and a Master’s in Accounting, Jordan began his career as a tax CPA and forensic accountant, serving diverse clients including ultra-high-net-worth individuals, not-for-profits and business entities. In 2014, he joined Raymond James & Associates and became a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional. Today, Jordan specializes in advanced tax strategies, comprehensive financial planning, and business owner exit planning, helping clients simplify complex decisions and achieve long-term goals.

Outside of work, Jordan enjoys padel, kite surfing, horseback riding, beach time, and reading WWII history. He regularly lectures throughout South Florida Universities in investment management studies. He is actively involved in charitable organizations including:
