Slavyana draws on over 10 years of experience in the financial services industry, helping deliver quality experience to ultra-high-net-worth clients. She concentrates on alternative investments, financial planning and restricted stock plan support for publicly traded corporations and their executives (section 144, 10b5-1 plans). She is painstaking in her attention to detail and accuracy and is thorough in her work.
Slavyana is the liaison between the client and the advisor in the preparation and execution of the team’s trading, private equity and syndicate strategies, as well assisting clients with lending in foreign currency. She works hand in hand with corporate and complex international relationships. The team is proud of serving clients in over 35 jurisdictions around the globe, many of which were onboarded with Slavyana’s distinctive experience.
Slavyana began her career at UBS Financial Services after graduating from Pace University with degrees in finance and international management. She joined the AGS Wealth Management Group in 2016.
Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, running and learning about molecular gastronomy. She resides in New York and is bilingual in English and Russian.
