Stevi Whaley is a sales assistant providing excellent customer service and administrative skills to clients and the Knoxville Pinnacle Asset Management team. Stevi joined Pinnacle Bank in 2016 and offers valuable banking experience and knowledge. In 2021, Stevi transitioned from her banking role to asset management within Pinnacle and has quickly become a very valuable member of the Knoxville team.
Stevi supports Jeff Francis, Robert DeNovo and Jillian Sutton-Fenech in performing day-to-day maintenance of accounts, client onboarding including opening of accounts and client service requests. She helps to ensure clients are provided with the required information per industry regulations, schedules meetings and goes above and beyond to help meet the needs of our clients in a multitude of ways.
Stevi and her husband, Zac, have two daughters, Brooklyn and Brylee. They are a family that loves to be outdoors and go camping and often grill out for friends and family. They are a family with two active girls in basketball and cheerleading and have fun going to the University of Tennessee sporting events.
