Wendy Hernandez is dedicated to helping us provide a dedicated and focused client experience. She is committed to helping educate and inform our clients throughout their financial journey, while working to make their lives easier.
She assists clients with check, wire and money movement requests, address changes, and all things related to their accounts, including answering questions and processing account updates. Wendy also greatly assists our team with many essential administrative duties.
Before joining our team in July 2025, Wendy was a Property Manager III at The State of Texas. She holds an associate’s degree in legal administration from TSTC.
Wendy is originally from Hendersonville, NC, raised in Austin, TX and now lives in Taylor, TX with her husband, Noe. She has one adult child, Nicholas. When not in the office, Wendy enjoys playing with her fur babies, crafting, decorating, and taking the occasional trip with her husband to WinStar Casino. She donates to Taylor Animal Shelter, where a few of her fur babies came from, Austin Pets Alive, and Texas Critter Crusaders.
