Registered Client AssistantMervat plays a key role in ensuring our office runs efficiently and provides valuable support for our financial advisors and clients. She manages a wide array of duties, including handling service requests, helping manage client accounts and assisting with our team’s marketing efforts.
Personable and detail-oriented, she strives to ensure clients receive timely and thorough responses to each of their requests, and is committed to providing a quality client experience while helping advisors do the best job possible.
Mervat has been with the bank for the past 20 years. She holds a bachelor’s degree in English literature and also holds her Series 7, series 63, Virginia State Life and Health Insurance and Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) licenses.
Mervat resides in Waynesboro with her family. She enjoys spending time with her family, volunteering at church, cooking and visiting the beach.
