Zach Pille

Zachary Robert Pille

Partner, ARCWM Investment Strategist, RJFS

Zach’s investment philosophy was shaped by an unlikely start. Growing up in northern Kentucky, he made his first stock purchase in eighth grade: Berkshire Hathaway with proceeds from a car he and his sister had won and traded in for cash. That early lesson in converting opportunity into long-term value, guided by Warren Buffett’s principles, has informed his approach to wealth management ever since.

Zach joined ARC as a partner in May 2026. His career has focused on business development and leadership roles at Neuberger Berman, Morgan Stanley and State Street. He holds a BS in business from Miami University.

Zach’s Midwest roots continue to influence his work. He values straightforward conversations, patient capital and building long-lasting relationships. He believes deeply in the power of compounding, applying its principles not just to investments but to knowledge, relationships and habits. He’s constantly reading about markets, philosophy and geopolitics, disciplines that inform how he thinks about the world and advises clients.

Outside the office, nothing matters more to Zach than time with his wife, Mili, a pediatric neurologist, and their sons, Mateo and Manuel. Whether they’re outside on weekend mornings, exploring somewhere new or home for the quiet moments, he knows the most meaningful returns come from investing in the people you love.
