Kristen is responsible for the operation of the day-to-day business needs which include, reaching out to clients on a regular basis to schedule portfolio reviews, preparing reports prior to each appointment, assisting clients with general account questions, maintaining files and records consistent with compliance guidelines and managing our Social Media sources which include our Website, Facebook and LinkedIn.

Kristen has been a part of the financial services industry since 2014 when she began her career as an Administrative Assistant with Susquehanna Wealth Strategies which later became BB&T Investment Services, Inc in 2015. She started with ARK Financial Advisors in January of 2018. Prior to her work in the financial services industry, Kristen worked as an Account Representative and Customer Support Specialist at Advance - The Documents Specialists in Frederick, MD from 2007-2013.

Kristen graduated with honors from Towson University in 2007 earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Mass Communication with a double track in Advertising and Public Relations, Certificate in Marketing, and Minor in Business Administration.

During her free time, Kristen loves traveling with her family and friends, visiting wineries, and, most of all, spending quality time with her husband and their two young children. She is a member of First Christian Church Hagerstown.
