When Lisa joined our team in May of 2017, she brought a lot of energy and enthusiasm to the front office. As a Sales Assistant, she is often the first point of contact for clients and greets them with a smile you can practically feel over the phone. She is responsible for preparing client appointment paperwork, maintaining up to date knowledge of products, services, departmental systems, scheduling appointments, inputting to financial plans, Annuity Order Entry, client appreciation, updates policies and procedures and is on various committees within our organization and outside of work.
Prior to joining the Bank of Luxemburg team, Lisa was a Customer Service Representative. She also serves as the Vice President for Krusin’ for Kids, a non-profit organization which raises funds for children and families in Northeast Wisconsin for newborns up to the age of 18 diagnosed or born with medical conditions. She volunteers 60-100 hours per year with them and other non-profit organizations in Northeast Wisconsin.
Lisa lives in Luxemburg, has 2 grown sons who still reside in the area and a Harley Davison that will always be her baby. She enjoys riding her motorcycle, camping, traveling, and being with family and friends.
