Working or not, Liz enjoys traveling the country. She particularly likes whale watching off the California coast, visiting America’s national parks, and catching any Major League baseball games she can.
She also loves spending time with her son, Aaron, daughter-in law Jenn, and terrific granddaughters Luna and Autumn. She and Aaron enjoy trouncing the competition wherever they can find a game of Trivial Pursuit. “Nana” and the girls can always be found engrossed in a card game or focused on their latest coloring book.
Liz has served as a publicly elected alderman in Maumelle, AR from 2006-2010. She served as chairman of the Arkansas Independent Living Council during Governor Mike Beebe’s administration. Currently, she serves on the Board of Trustees for the Episcopal Diocese of Arkansas’ Camp Mitchell and is active in Arkansas Episcopal Church Women.
