Frances is a Florida State University alum and proud to say she was one of the world-renowned FSU Marching Chiefs. She is a Chartered Retirement Plans Specialist CM (CRPS®), Accredited Investment Fiduciary (AIF) and Financial Advisor with Raymond James. She served as board member of the Jacksonville Beach Community Redevelopment Agency (CRA) for 12 years, became a member of the Raymond James Institute of Investment Management Consulting* in 2016, and was one of the founding members of the Women’s Leadership Alliance. In 2025, she was named one of Forbes’ Best-In-State Top Women Wealth Advisors.
She started her career in the insurance arena in 2000 shortly after graduating from FSU. She is married to her college sweetheart and best friend, Dennis. They have two children, Patrick who is pursuing a degree in Criminal Justice from the University of North Florida and Alexandra who is at the University of South Florida starting a degree in History. In her spare time, Frances can be found helping her husband at the family farm, volunteering in her community, or supporting her children in the activities they are interested in.

The AIF® Designation certifies that the recipient has demonstrated specialized knowledge of fiduciary standards of care and their application to the investment management process. To receive the AIF® Designation, the individual must meet prerequisite criteria based on a combination of education, relevant industry experience, and/or ongoing professional development, complete a training program, successfully pass a comprehensive, closed-book final examination under the supervision of a proctor and agree to abide by the Code of Ethics and Conduct Standards. In order to maintain the AIF® Designation, the individual must annually attest to the Code of Ethics and Conduct Standards and accrue and report a minimum of six hours of continuing education. The Designation is administered by the Center of Fiduciary Studies, the certification division of Fi360 that is responsible for ongoing management of the program. Fi360 is accredited by the ANSI National Accreditation Board for the AIF® Designation, making it one of the few independently accredited designations recognized by FINRA.
