Claudia Cypher Kane, CPWA^®, CIMA^®, CFP^®, ADPA^®, CDFA^®, works primarily with individuals, fiduciaries, and small businesses, dedicating her practice to assisting clients in creating and preserving their wealth. Claudia specializes in a consultative approach, focusing on overall financial planning, strategic asset allocation and tax efficient money management.

Claudia has been a financial advisor since 1985. She received her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Queen’s University, Belfast, Northern Ireland. She remains active in her profession, currently serving on the National Board of the Financial Planning Association (FPA), and as Advocacy Director for the Northern California Chapter of the FPA, as well the FPA California Council. She has been an active member of the Investments and Wealth Institute (formerly IMCA), serving as a Board member, as well as a member of Membership, Ethics, Personnel, Certification, Specialty Conference and Annual Conference committees. She has also been involved in exam writing for both the Certified Financial Planner Board and for the Investment and Wealth Institute.

Claudia holds the Certified Private Wealth Advisor (CPWA^®), Certified Investment Management Analyst (CIMA^®), CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER^™ (CFP^®), Accredited Domestic Partnership Advisor (ADPA^®), and Certified Divorce Financial Analyst (CDFA^®) designations. She studied at the Booth School of Business, University of Chicago, and the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.

Claudia is involved in the community, currently serving as Treasurer and Board Member for CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocates) of El Dorado County. She previously served on the Board of Governors for FamiliesFirst, as Chair of the Foundation and member of the Board of Directors and as a member of the Finance Committee. She has served as a Board Member of Soroptimist International, Metro Sacramento Chapter, and Treasurer of the National Association of Women Business Owners, Sacramento Chapter.

Away from work, Claudia is a U. S. Rowing Referee, an avid golfer, archer and sculler, and a member of the El Dorado Hills Bowmen and the Sacramento State Aquatic Center Rowing Association.
