Madeline Carter began her professional journey at the InterAmerican University of Puerto Rico, where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Communications. During her studies, she served as Vice President of her cohort and graduated Cum Laude, developing a strong foundation in leadership, collaboration, and effective communication.

While serving as Business Development Manager for her family-owned business, Carter’s Ace Hardware, Madeline further advanced her education by earning her MBA from the Crummer Graduate School of Business at Rollins College, with concentrations in Marketing, Business Leadership, and Finance. Her diverse professional background, combined with a passion for innovation and relationship-building, has allowed her to successfully transform ideas into meaningful results and create lasting value for both organizations and the people they serve.

Madeline holds Series 6 and Series 7 securities registrations, as well as Florida Life and Variable Annuity Insurance licenses. She is committed to delivering exceptional client service and helping individuals and families pursue their financial goals with confidence. Her client-centered approach is built on trust, active listening, and a genuine understanding of each client's unique circumstances and aspirations. Outside of her professional responsibilities, Madeline enjoys spending time with her husband, two children, Isabella and Caden, and their Doberman, Ava. An avid outdoor enthusiast, she is a certified scuba diver who enjoys traveling, exploring new destinations, boating on the lake, cycling, participating in local 5K events, and embracing new adventures with family and friends. She is also actively involved in her children's activities and sports, reflecting her strong commitment to family, community, and an active lifestyle.
