She has built her career around bringing clarity to complex financial questions while fostering a supportive, collaborative environment for the people she serves.

Cindy spent over a decade at Nike, where she held several finance leadership roles across strategic investment, FP&A, and global marketplace functions. Her work included evaluating enterprise‑level strategic initiatives, developing financial models and value frameworks, assessing profitability across retail and partner channels, and teaching financial fundamentals to business leaders. Prior to Nike, her career included roles in enterprise FP&A, independent valuation, management consulting, and financial analysis, giving her a broad foundation in both corporate and advisory environments.
