Paul has more than 18 years’ experience advising business owners and affluent individuals on their finances. Paul has achieved the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ designation. Being a CFP® professional enables him to help clients focus on what is important to them. He has also earned the Chartered Retirement Plan Counselor (CRPC®) designation which demonstrates his expertise in the area of retirement financial planning for individuals. Paul earned a B.S. in Finance from Minnesota State University at Mankato.

Clients can expect to build long-term relationships with Paul and his team that encourage open and honest communication. Offering unbiased advice and quality investment portfolios, Paul is dedicated to listening to his clients to discern their needs and assist them in meeting their goals. Leveraging the knowledge and skills of each professional on the team enables them to provide streamlined advisory services, so clients receive thorough guidance for long-term success.
Actively giving back to the community is a priority for Paul and his wife. As a testament to that commitment, they have created the Paul & Tanya Bennett Foundation which awards annual grants to a variety of local community organizations, such as Suicide Awareness Voices of Education, Minnesotans’ Military Appreciation Fund and Minnesota State University at Mankato. Paul’s firm donates 5% of the fee revenue generated by the practice to fund the Foundation. In addition, he is an Elder at his church, Grace Fellowship, and is an active volunteer within the church.
Paul and Tanya reside in Brooklyn Park, MN, and are raising two sons, Ty and Grant. Paul enjoys staying active playing sports. He is a member of the Brooklyn Park Basketball Association committee and often can be found playing pickup basketball at the local health club. He also enjoys participating in 5k/10k runs, coaching youth sports and playing baseball on a metro area team.
