After two decades on Wall Street, Bill joined Bermont Gold Wealth Advisory in 2023. Bill is partnering with Peter and Michael to help grow and steward the practice across strategies and capabilities.
Most recently, Bill was a Managing Director at Credit Suisse specializing in leveraged loans, high yield bonds, alternative assets, and special situations. For the past 20 years, Bill focused on structuring and syndicating complex credit transactions to institutional investors and family office clients. Prior to his 13-year tenure at Credit Suisse, Bill’s other experiences includes stints in senior positions at Citigroup, The Pritzker Organization and First Chicago. Bill has a BA in History from Duke University, MBA in Finance from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and a Master’s in Accountancy (MSA) from Loyola University of Chicago.
Bill is based out of Miami, his hometown, while also maintaining a presence in New York City. Inspired by his parents, Bill’s commitment to community service is reflected through volunteer leadership roles for Duke University, The Cathedral School, Cancer Support Community and support of Ransom Everglades, Park Avenue Synagogue and City Harvest.
In his free time, Bill competes in triathlons, golfs, and roots for all Duke and Miami teams. Most importantly, he relishes time with his lovely wife, Lynne, and talented and beautiful daughters, Rachel and Gabrielle.
