Kevin is a client sales associate responsible in performing a range of operational and administrative tasks that support the daily needs of clients and the team. He joined Bermont Gold Wealth Advisory in 2025, bringing valuable experience in operations from his previous role at Raymond James.
Before joining Bermont Gold Wealth Advisory, Kevin has gained extensive experience in large financial and real estate firms, including Citadel Securities and Starwood Property Trust. In these roles, he worked in human resources and recruiting, where he was involved with data analysis, employee engagement surveys, and developing solutions to improve employee work satisfaction and work culture. His dual interests in finance and human behavior have naturally led him to pursue careers in these fields.
Kevin holds a Master’s degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology with a minor in Business from Florida International University. He has been an active member of the International Honor Society in Psychology and the I/O Psychology Club within the FIU community.
Kevin was born and raised in Miami, FL. In his free time, he enjoys reading, boxing, exercising and traveling.
