Tracy joined Bermont Gold Wealth Advisor in 2025, as the Senior Financial Planning Consultant. Tracy is dedicated to helping individuals and families bring clarity, confidence, and long‑term direction to their financial lives. Her approach centers on understanding what matters most to our clients — their goals, values, and the vision they have for their future—in order to build a personalized financial strategy that supports each stage of our client’s life.

Prior to joining Bermont Gold, Tracy held various Global and Latin America and Caribbean executive positions including General Manager for one of Mastercard’s top global banking relationships, and SVP of Marsh Latin America’s Affinity Group, and Latin America New Technologies at American Express.
Tracy is a native to Florida. She earned the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® designation, holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Miami, and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Florida. She stays actively engaged in continued education and industry best practices to ensure our client’s receive advice grounded in both technical expertise and real‑world insight.
