Financial Advisor
Courtney’s interest in financial planning began at a young age, inspired by afternoons spent in her mom’s office listening to stories about helping clients plan for their future. These formative experiences gave her an appreciation for the value of trusted relationships and the impact of thoughtful guidance.
In high school, Courtney completed an internship with Jeter Hrubala Wealth Strategies through her school’s Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math (STEM) curriculum. She analyzed individual stocks, tracked market volatility, and was introduced to the analytical discipline that underpins effective investment management and strong financial planning. Over the years, she remained connected to the business and developed a broad understanding of its operations and client-centered approach.
Courtney graduated from Wofford College with a Bachelor of Science in Biology and a minor in Business, a combination that reflects both analytical rigor and practical problem-solving. After college, she served as a Leadership Development Consultant with Kappa Delta Sorority’s national headquarters, traveling across the country to support collegiate chapters. In this role, she focused on operations, recruitment strategy, and risk management, honing her skills in leadership, communication, and relationshipbuilding.
Most recently, Courtney worked as a Campaign Development Manager for The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, mentoring high school students through non-profit fundraising campaigns. During this time, her grandfather was battling blood cancer, giving her work deep personal meaning and further fueling her commitment to helping others.
At Jeter Hrubala Wealth Strategies, Courtney brings energy, compassion, and a passion for meaningful work. She contributes to marketing efforts, assists with client service, conducts investment research, and is actively building her financial planning knowledge. She is especially drawn to the firm’s mission of supporting women through major life transitions and empowering clients with clarity and confidence. Outside of the office, Courtney enjoys both watching and playing sports – from tennis and golf to football and pickleball. She loves to travel and is usually the first to plan the next adventure with family or friends!
