Julie Peeples is a Financial Advisor with Jeter Hrubala Wealth Strategies. She is a graduate of Wofford College with a Bachelor’s degree in Finance and a minor in Economics. At Wofford, Julie served as a member of the James-Atkins Student Managed Investment Fund, was a research assistant for the economics department and led the Purple Scarf Society, a female mentor and business organization.

Prior to joining Jeter Hrubala Wealth Strategies, Julie held important professional roles at both an insurance company and a start-up fitness business. Julie worked at Pure Insurance, a New York-based high net worth insurance carrier, where she worked as an advisor for its clients in the property and casualty insurance markets. Then, in order to fulfill her

entrepreneurial spirit and interest in fitness, health, and wellness, Julie helped to start a personal fitness training company called Baseline, based in Charleston, SC. At Baseline, she helped individuals achieve their personal health and wellness goals while also developing the business and marketing strategy for this new entity. Julie is excited to be a part of the Jeter Hrubala team where she can combine her diverse background with a passion for building relationships through excellent service, helping people achieve life goals and developing and implementing sound financial wealth strategies.

Julie joined Jeter Hrubala Wealth Strategies in January 2022 and holds the Series SIE, Series 7, Series 63, Series 65, the South Carolina Property and Casualty Insurance license, as well as the South Carolina Life, Health, and Annuity licenses. Julie is providing significant value to the team by conducting investment research, helping to build financial plans, and handling administrative and operational duties for our Isle of Palms office.

Julie has a strong desire to explore new cultures through traveling and has learned from her time spent in Vietnam, Cambodia, Laos, Italy, Greece and France. She also enjoys spending time on the water with her husband Paul and their two dogs, Chubbs and Nellie.
