Gyles believes the financial planning path chose her. While she never initially envisioned herself in this industry, it has brought her a level of fulfillment she never expected. She is driven by the opportunity to help others and make a lasting, positive impact on people’s lives. Prior to joining Jeter Hrubala Wealth Strategies, Gyles worked with several U.S. and international non-profits and saw the difference money and financial security could make for individuals and their communities. She is particularly proud of her work with the Anza organization in Tanzania. At Anza, Gyles helped provide micro-loans and catalyst support to local businesses that are not able to receive traditional bank financing.
Gyles is passionate about financial literacy for women and young professionals, especially helping them to build confidence and find their financial footing. She has a good understanding of the unique financial challenges facing younger generations and takes an active role in educating clients and her network on strategies for long-term success while they navigate their careers. She has been featured on NPR’s local station, the South Carolina Business Review, discussing topics such as the Impact of Finfluencers and Financial Considerations for Marriage.
Gyles believes that successful financial planning requires a holistic approach. This means examining every facet of a person’s life – not just their investments, but also their passions and dreams. She finds joy in helping clients align their finances with the causes and organizations that they care most about.
With more than six years of experience as a financial advisor, Gyles specializes in financial analysis and comprehensive financial planning. She remains actively engaged in evolving tax, estate, and legislative developments to ensure clients receive thoughtful and up-to-date guidance. She also plays a key role in shaping the company’s strategic development.
As a Certified Divorce Financial Analyst®, Gyles finds significant meaning in supporting individuals through the financial complexities of divorce, providing clarity, confidence, and compassionate guidance during times of transition. Outside the office, she loves to needlepoint, thrift, play tennis and pickleball, and travel.
