Lee Anne uses her specialized knowledge in complex regulatory and legal procedures concerning the financial services industry to monitor investment concepts, practices and procedures. She is responsible for the coordination and completion of all government, regulatory and compliance documents.

She began her financial career in 1985, serving in capacities such as compliance manager and regional compliance principal. A native of Birmingham, Lee Anne lives in Vestavia, Alabama. She has two children, Lauren and Derek.
