Michael specializes in supporting the needs of successful individuals and families, often acting as a sounding board as they make important personal or financial decisions, such as when to sell a business or when to retire. He works closely with them to provide strategic counsel in an array of services including retirement planning, legacy planning and cash flow management. For the past 17 years, Michael has lectured throughout the country and been featured in various media outlets on topics ranging from creating strategies for capital appreciation to income growth and how to use Wall Street research.

Before joining Raymond James, Michael was a senior vice president, investments and a wealth management advisor with Merrill Lynch. He earned a bachelor’s degree in economics as well as an executive MBA from the Eli Broad School of Business at Michigan State University.

In his spare time, Michael enjoys doing anything that can expand his worldview and allow him to experience something new, whether that includes dining at a new restaurant or attending a fine arts event.
