Approachable and empathic, Steven relies on his nearly 40 years of experience as an advisor to deliver quality wealth management with a personalized touch. His days are spent meeting with clients and researching sound strategies for their unique circumstances. Steven's first and foremost priority is to help meet clients' needs and empower them by making complex financial topics easy to understand. He has specialized experience serving small business owners and retirees, and holds Series 3, 7, 31, 63 and 65 securities licenses. Steve attained his Chartered Wealth Advisor designation though the wealth planning essentials program at the Aresty Institute of Executive Education, and furthered it at the Wharton School in June 2016. He is committed to continuing his education to deepen the specialized experience he provides to his clients.

Steven first joined the world of financial services in 1983 as an advisor at K.A. Knapp & Co., later transitioning to First of Michigan Corporation, where he stayed for 14 years. He later worked as a branch manager and advisor at Tucker Anthony, RBC Dain Rauscher and at Hilliard Lyons for a total of 21 years. In 2019, Steven continued expanding his career by joining Raymond James, a firm he admires for its robust platform and client-first culture.

Steven still resides in his home state of Michigan in Waterford with his wife, Virginia. When he's not diligently working on his clients' behalf, Steven can be found spending time with his family, including his three children, Stephanie, Allyson and Danielle. An active member of his community, Steven volunteers at several women's fast-pitch softball organizations
