Senior Client Service Associate
Susan is dedicated to helping us provide a dedicated and focused client experience. She is committed to helping educate and inform our clients throughout their financial journey, while working to make their lives easier.
She assists clients with check, wire and money movement requests and all things related to their accounts, including answering questions and processing account updates. Susan also greatly assists our team with any and all client service matters and inquiries.
Before joining our team in, Susan was a senior branch office administrator at Edward Jones for 15 years. Prior to her work in the financial services industry, Susan worked in international logistics for 10 years. She holds a bachelor’s degree in marketing from James Madison University.
Susan is originally from Blacksburg, Virginia, grew up in Roanoke, and now lives in Statesville, North Carolina with her husband and their rescue American Staffordshire Terrier. When not in the office, Susan enjoys gardening and reading.
