Senior Client Service AssociateThroughout her career in financial services, Suzanne has utilized her compassion, attention to detail and dependable nature to ensure clients are provided the dedicated service they deserve. She approaches each client request or question with a positive attitude and conscientious manner.
She also greatly assists our team and plays a key role in preparing reports, processing documents and handling administrative duties.
Before joining our team, Suzanne was a senior branch office administrator at Edward Jones for over 12 years. She began her career in the advertising world at Saatchi & Saatchi after earning a bachelor’s degree in marketing from Penn State University.
Originally from Englewood, New Jersey, Suzanne lives in Mooresville, North Carolina with her husband. They are the proud parents of three grown daughters and grandparents to two grandchildren. In her free time, Suzanne enjoys cooking, entertaining, travel, and live music concerts.
Suzanne gives back to her community and has volunteered extensively with the Mooresville Christian Mission over years helping to manage the volunteer database and various volunteer programs.
