Sean G. Long is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional and Financial Advisor with Raymond James. To best focus on his client’s financial objectives, Sean believes successful wealth planning begins by clearly understanding a client’s ‘big picture’. By practicing comprehensive financial planning, providing written plans, and always putting client’s first is how Sean distinguishes himself from most others in his profession.

Using Raymond James industry leading ‘Goal Planning and Monitoring Software-GPM®’, Sean presents state of the art financial plans. These plans are adjusted, shocked, and ‘what if’d’. Constant monitoring of the plan to insure client objectives are being met, is a hallmark feature of Sean’s use of GPM.

Sean is dedicated to managing, growing, and preserving wealth for you and your family. Sean realizes attention to detail and personalized client service is crucial to achieving an outstanding and lasting client experience.

Sean does not stop at technical research, custom portfolio construction, or risk management. Instead, all financial and life issues are factored when helping to direct clients. Sean maintains an unwavering commitment to his client’s best interests.

A native of Ft. Walton Beach, Sean graduated with Honors-from The University of Florida-Bachelor of Science in Finance. Later, Sean received his Graduate Degree from Louisiana State University and in 2001 he achieved the prestigious CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ certification from The College of Financial Planning. Sean maintains a strong faith, loves spending time with his daughter Sarah, and enjoys surfing. Sean has been with Raymond James and its predecessors for 16 years.
