Hamilton Neal began his career as a financial advisor in March 2000 by joining PaineWebber. After gaining valuable experience, he moved to Morgan Keegan for three years before accepting an opportunity with Wells Fargo Advisors in January 2010. In December 2016, Hamilton made the move to Raymond James with his partners and team. His current title is Vice-President, Investments with the Blue Heron Wealth Advisors Group.

As a Certified Financial Planner® practitioner, Hamilton serves his clients’ ever-changing needs by providing a holistic approach to financial independence in wealth management and retirement planning. He completed the extensive professional, personal and ethical requirements to earn his CFP® professional certification in 2006. Hamilton also holds his Certified Plan Fiduciary Advisor designation which helps in the Retirement Plan arena. Hamilton received his B.A. in political science from the University of Kentucky in 1998.

Hamilton’s passion is giving back to the community. He currently serves on the YMCA Nocatee Board. He is President of INK! (Investing in Kids) board of directors. INK!’s mission is to support the teachers and students of St. Johns County, Florida. He is also a Vice-Chairman at The Player’s Tournament held at Sawgrass Country Club in Ponte Vedra, Florida. The time spent volunteering at The Player’s allows for many Northeast Florida non-profits to receive significant dollars.

Hamilton resides in Ponte Vedra, Florida, with his wife Michelle.
