Jenn’s work is grounded in service, connection, and a genuine commitment to helping others feel supported and understood. Throughout her roles as an educator, military spouse, and client service professional, she has consistently brought empathy, clarity, and steady problem‑solving to every relationship. Jenn believes trust is built through care, consistency, and follow‑through, the same values that guide how she serves clients of the Borza Storck Wealth Management Team as a Registered Client Service Associate.
A native of Falls Church, VA, Jenn is a graduate of James Madison University, where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Early Childhood Education and a Master of Arts in Teaching in Special Education. As the spouse of a Navy aviator, she has navigated multiple relocations while serving in a variety of roles within the education field, including special education resource teacher, self-contained teacher, and preschool teacher.
With a background in the education field, Jenn developed a patient, detail‑oriented approach that translates seamlessly into client service. Her ability to listen closely, anticipate needs, and communicate with intention allows her to support clients with both precision and compassion as they navigate important financial decisions. Whether coordinating complex requests or providing day‑to‑day support, Jenn plays a critical role in ensuring a thoughtful, seamless client experience.
Jenn remains actively involved in her community through service within her church, schools, and youth programs, reflecting her long‑standing commitment to helping others grow and succeed. Jenn is married to Jim, who currently serves as a pilot in the Navy Reserves and flies commercially for United Airlines. They reside in Virginia Beach with their three children, who are actively involved in their schools and competitive sports. Outside of work, Jenn and her family enjoy exploring Virginia’s natural beauty by hiking, biking, relaxing on the beach, and boating on the Chesapeake Bay. A dedicated fitness enthusiast, she also loves participating in local running races. Jenn finds her greatest joy in supporting her children at sporting events and spending quality time with close friends and family.
