Deborah Piconcelli began her professional career in New York's insurance industry before moving to Wellington in 1977 with her family. Prior to joining the Boynton Financial Group in 2006, Debbie owned and managed two franchise restaurants while managing the financial aspects of her husband's custom home building business. Currently, she is a notary.*

Outside of the office, Debbie stays involved in a local church, where she sits as an active vestry member and helps run the food ministry. She and her husband, Joe, have two children and fully embrace being grandparents! Family is the core of their life. They enjoy movies, cultural events, spending time with friends and traveling.

Debbie brings to our team her unparalleled organizational skills, attention to detail and the ability to make every request a priority. These skills allow her to oversee the branch's daily administration and operations as one of our senior level employees. She is responsible for ensuring our firm adheres to compliance requirements, managing daily operations, implementing process improvements and providing the highest level of service to our clients.
