Penny’s role on the team is to serve as the main contact for the day-to-day operations of the practice. She specializes in providing a dedicated and focused client experience through personalized attention and anticipating what each individual client needs. Her patience, diligence and attention to detail is valued by new and veteran clients.

Penny graduated from Illinois State University with a degree in Economics. Before joining Raymond James in 2014, she was employed at Paine Webber and Wells Fargo in the securities market. Penny and Jef Fitch began working together at Paine Webber and have been a team for the last 25 years. She also spent 10 years working in the futures market at Stotler & Co. Penny holds Series 7, 63 and 66 securities licenses and is additionally insurance licensed.

Penny and her husband, Jason, make their home in Streamwood. They enjoy watching professional football, walking, cooking, gardening, holiday decorating and attending rock concerts. They are advocates of pet adoption and currently have a cat and two beloved dogs that they love to take exploring thru the forest preserves.
