Visit https://clientaccess.rjf.com/ to log in and view your account. If you have not created a username, you are able to register by clicking “Enroll In Client Access”
If you do not know your password click the “Need Help Logging In” link on the Client Access welcome screen. By correctly answering a series of personal security questions to validate your identity, you will be directed to a page where you can reset your password.
If you forget your username, click the “Forgot Username” link on the Client Access Login page, and submit the Recover username request form. If you need additional assistance, contact Client Access support at 877-RJ-ACCESS (877-752-2237).
