Susan Gray

Director of Client Services

Susan has an extensive background in communications, administration and marketing, including more than a decade within the banking industry.  With formal training as a Mediator, you’ll find Susan is client focused, detail orientated, and committed to providing our clients with professional, reliable service.

Prior to joining Raymond James in 2015, Susan served for four years as a Coach and Solutions Manager with Learn2 Inc., and for 10 years as Coordinator, Public and Community Affairs with the Canadian Bankers Association.  She was also employed for five years in project development with the Ontario Realty Corporation, and worked as an Administrator and Volunteer Mediator with the Scottish Association for the Care and Resettlement of Offenders (SACRO).

Susan earned a Certificate in Dispute Resolution from the University of Toronto and a Certificate in Mediation from SACRO.  Active in her community, Susan has held various volunteer roles at elementary schools, including working with special needs children, organizing and working at school events, and co-chairing committees.  She has also volunteered at many charitable events to support the Red Cross, Crohn’s & Colitis Canada, Girls on the Run of Franklin County and Easter Seals, among others.

Originally from Toronto, Canada, Susan has lived in Scotland and now makes her home in Dublin, Ohio, with her husband, Simon, their children, James and Julia, and their three dogs.  Susan’s love of travel has taken her to more than 20 countries and inspired her to study Spanish.  Outside of the office, Susan enjoys reading, music, sports, baking and spending time with her family.
