Before joining our team in August 2023, Frances held leadership roles as a bank branch manager at BB&T and as a vice president at Commercial Investment Trust.
Frances resides in Virginia Beach, Virginia, where she enjoys spending time on the beaches of the Outer Banks and caring for her rescue dogs. She is a passionate advocate for animal welfare and actively supports the VBSPCA and Norfolk SPCA, frequently participating in charity events to raise awareness and funds for animals.
