Client Service AssociateAs a client service associate, Max Jones plays an important role in helping provide the attentive, personalized service our clients have come to expect. Working alongside Frances Pileggi and the rest of the team, he assists clients with timely, accurate and thoughtful support while helping ensure their needs are handled carefully and efficiently.
Max supports a wide range of client service responsibilities, including account administration, meeting preparation, client follow-up and marketing initiatives. His strong organizational skills, attention to detail and approachable nature help contribute to a smooth and positive client experience.
Max graduated with honors from Old Dominion University in May 2026 with a bachelor’s degree in finance. While at Old Dominion, he participated in several leadership and campus organizations that strengthened his communication, teamwork and problem-solving skills. He is committed to continuing to expand his knowledge of the financial services industry and building lasting relationships with the clients and families our team serves.
Originally from Chesterfield, Virginia, Max now resides in Virginia Beach. Outside of the office, he enjoys golfing and spending time outdoors.
