Ramon is the group leader. He has been in the financial service industry since 1988, providing a high degree of personal service to a select clientele of high-net-worth individuals, families, and institutions. Ramon began his professional career in 1981 at HSBC in Mexico. Immigrating to the US in 1988 and during the last 34 years, he has been employed by top firms offering international financial services to high-net-worth clients, including Valley National Bank (now JP Morgan Chase), Merrill Lynch, Morgan Stanley, and Raymond James Financial since June 2019. His team of Financial Advisors and other finance professionals have been together for over 20 years.

Ramon attended the University of Sonora, CETYS, and LaSalle University with majors in business administration and international law. He enjoys the outdoors, farming, water activities, and traveling. Ramon is passionate about youth leadership and development. He has served on many nonprofit

boards that promote community service and individual and family values. Ramon has been active with the Boy Scouts of America, Tucson Girl Chorus, Pan-American Executives, Mexican Cultural Institute of Tucson, Liberty of the Americas Foundation, Grupo Mexico Foundation, and the National Law Center for Inter-America Free Trade, where he actively participated in discussion panels leading to the creation of NAFTA. Ramon is currently serving a three-year full-time proselyting Mission for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in Houston, Texas.

Ramon es el líder de el Grupo Burrola quien opera en el sector financiero a partir de 1980 proporcionando un alto nivel de servicios personalizados a una selecta clientela de instituciones, familias e individuos quienes mantienen un alto nivel patrimonial.

Su carrera profesional inicia con HSBC como gerente de departamento; en 1988 es contratado por Valley National Bank como ejecutivo en el Area de Banca Internacional Privada y se une posteriormente a Merrill Lynch en el ano 1998 como Asesor Financiero Internacional. En el año 2011 forma el grupo Burrola y se une al Area Internacional de Morgan Stanley como Primer Vice Presidente.

Ramon realiza sus estudios superiores en la Universidad de Sonora y en el Centro de Enseñanza Técnica y Superior con estudios el Administración de Empresas y Licenciatura en Derecho.

Disfruta de las actividades al aire libre, ganadería, recreación acuática y viajes alrededor del mundo. A Ramon le apasiona la asistencia en la promoción del liderismo juvenil sirviendo en diversas organizaciones a nivel directivo y en organizaciones que promueven servicio comunitario, asi como altos valores individuales y familiares. Ha participado en consejos directivos de Boy Scouts of America, Tucson Girls Chorus, Pan American Executives, the Mexican Cultural Institute of Tucson, Liberty of the Americas Foundation, Fundación Grupo Mexico y the National Law Center for Inter-America Free Trade donde participo activamente en los consejos consultivos que dieron a la creación del Tratado de Libre Comercio entre Mexico, Estados Unidos y Canada.
