With more than four decades of experience in the financial services industry, Mike Burroughs has built a career dedicated to guiding families and individuals with wisdom, integrity, and personalized care. He currently serves as a Partner with Burroughs Keasler Investment Partners and Branch Manager of the Raymond James Financial Services office in Chattanooga, Tennessee.

Mike began his career after attending the University of North Dakota and the University of Tennessee. Over the years, he has held leadership and advisory roles at Hilliard Lyons, A.G. Edwards & Sons, and Wells Fargo Advisors before joining Raymond James in 2018. His extensive background includes serving as Vice President and Senior Financial Advisor, as well as Branch Manager responsibilities, providing him with deep insight into both client relationships and team leadership.

A proud U.S. Air Force veteran, Mike values service and community as much as professional success. He has served as a deacon for the Soddy Church of Christ for a decade and is now an Elder at the Central Church of Christ in Chattanooga. He was also a longtime director on the Boyd Buchanan School Board, serving for 24 years.

Family is central to Mike’s life. He and his wife, Avan, live in Chattanooga, where they enjoy spending time with their two children, Alex and Abby. Recently, their family has grown to include their first granddaughter—a joy that Mike treasures deeply. Away from work and church, he enjoys spending time with family and friends, and, when time allows, a relaxing round of golf.
