Jeff finds it very rewarding to work with clients through the myriad financial transitions life brings and derives a personal level of satisfaction in helping them confidently pursue their goals. Developing a strong bond with his clients through one-to-one interaction has enabled Jeff to have the kind of relationships where clients know he understands their goals and has their best interest at heart.
Jeff feels it is incredibly important that his clients are informed and comfortable with their investment portfolios. One of his greatest strengths is making even complex investing concepts easy to understand.
Jeff has 30 years of experience in the financial services industry. Most of his clients have been with him throughout his years as an advisor, and he values the relationships that have become more like extended family than business.
As a Certified Financial Planner™ professional, Jeff holds one of the most respected financial planning credentials and completed a rigorous and comprehensive program, which covers the financial planning process, tax planning, employee benefits and retirement planning, estate planning, investment management and insurance. He also holds the professional designation of Chartered Retirement Planning CounselorSM awarded by the College for Financial Planning.
From a young age, Jeff was fascinated with the financial markets and began his career in the early 1990s with Dean Witter (now Morgan Stanley). He joined our team in 2016, with a focus on providing his clients a better experience through our team approach and the resources available through Raymond James. Jeff earned a bachelor’s degree in marketing and finance from Oklahoma State University.
Jeff is from Overland Park, Kansas, where he lives with his wife, Christine. They have four children: Ellie Grace, Audrey, Natalie and Michael.
