Josh is Caliber’s vice president of operations. His role is to assist in the design and ongoing implementation of a robust, user-friendly and scalable operating system for the benefit of all Caliber team members and clients. Josh coordinates the various initiatives across Caliber, and guides people, processes and tools to grow in harmony together.
He brings ideas to reality while simultaneously keeping Caliber focused on the “big rocks” that are necessary to move the practice forward. Josh is passionate about helping impressive companies pursue the finality of their vision. He has 17 years of experience in organizational development and a strong history of success in the businesses he has touched.
Josh was raised by his father in Overland Park, Kansas, and graduated from the University of Kansas. He and his wife, Rachel, met in 1994 at Shawnee Mission South High School. They now have five children ages 6 to 17 and one college-aged “foster child” from Haiti. They attend Grace Church in Overland Park. Josh loves family time, working with his kids to develop their character and dreams, fly-fishing and skiing in the mountains of Colorado, serving a couple communities in Haiti, watching documentaries about sports or history, and helping friends clarify their vision and make big decisions.
