Prior to joining Cape Financial Group’s Sturgeon Bay office, Stephani Wealth Management; Mike worked with another independent practice whose advisors are also affiliated with Raymond James, Blahnik Investment Group, for over twelve years. With a strong work ethic and family-centered background, he compliments our mission of building successful, long-term relationships based on trust, integrity and a disciplined approach to quality investment management.

As a financial advisor, Mike seeks to provide great value to his clients by helping them plan ahead and focus on their personal long-term goals while prioritizing what is most important. Beyond retirement planning and investment management, Mike takes pride in holding clients accountable to ensure estate planning needs are addressed and fulfilled.

In addition to holding his Series 7 and 66 licenses and being a licensed Wisconsin Insurance Agent, Mike has also obtained the Accredited Asset Management Specialist℠ designation through the College for Financial Planning.

As a native of northeast Wisconsin, Mike and his wife, Annette, reside in Door County with their son, Blake. Mike is involved in his community through various organizations currently including: The Sturgeon Bay Rotary, Sturgeon Bay Schools School Board member and Altrusa. He was also the past President of the Door County Habitat for Humanity Board.
