Dena began her career in the financial industry at Merrill Lynch in 2012. During her time there she worked as a Client Associate learning working with financial advisors and their clients on various items such as client reviews, documentation, seminars, and customer service in general. She later joined the McDonnell Group at Merrill Lynch where she continued to gain experience while assisting Frank and Larry McDonnell. In 2018, Dena resigned from Merrill Lynch and joined Raymond James and the team at Cape Henry Private Wealth Group. She continues to use the knowledge and skills obtained through experience to provide support to her financial advisors and their clients.

Dena, originally from Richmond, has lived at the Virginia Beach oceanfront since 2000. She has been married to her husband, Sean since 2001 and has one daughter. They have Hattie Mae, a yellow lab (who gets to visit the office from time to time) and Layla, a long-haired calico. They love to spend their time beaching and boating with family and friends in the summer. Winter vacations to Costa Rica are their favorite!
