Troy King is the vice president of investments with Raymond James & Associates, Inc., in Lafayette, Indiana. He has more than 20 years of experience providing financial services and wealth management advice. He specializes in helping to meet his clients’ goals while planning and evaluating all the facets of the investment process.
After graduating from high school in Lafayette, Troy followed in his father’s footsteps and joined the United States Air Force, where he served in England and Korea. Once he completed his tour of duty, he returned to Lafayette and graduated in 1988 from Purdue University.
Troy has attained the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® certification. By doing so, he has met rigorous professional standards and has agreed to adhere to the principles of integrity, objectivity, competence, fairness, confidentiality, professionalism and diligence when dealing with clients.
Troy has served on many boards and was the finance chairman for the Sagamore Council of the Boy Scouts of America. He also has served as president and secretary/treasurer for Caregiver Companion.
Troy and his wife, Leigh Anne, have two sons, Tyler, and Grant. They were overjoyed when Tyler and his wife, Jenny, welcomed Elliott, their first grandchild, into the family. They enjoy traveling, socializing with friends, dining out and spending time with their family.
