Giving Back to your alma mater

February 2018

Raymond James Chairman and CEO, Paul Reilly, is proud to be a “Double Domer.” Paul is one of many students who loved the university so much, that he chose to continue his Notre Dame education, graduating with both his Bachelor’s and MBA degrees.

Through the years, Paul has found many ways to give back to his alma mater. He serves on the Mendoza Graduate Alumni Board and the Business Advisory Council and was recognized as a Distinguished Alumnus in 2004-2005.

Paul recently returned to campus to participate in the Mendoza Business College’s “Boardroom Insights” lecture series, which brings distinguished alumnus back to share their insights with students. He spoke about his career trajectory and gave some great advice to the students about ways they could be successful: “Whatever you do, build trust. People aren’t your competitors, they’re your allies and trust brings you a long way.”

Paul also met with the finance faculty, lunched with Mendoza Business college students and welcomed four of the investment banking summer 2018 interns to Raymond James.
