Commitment to Diversity

Our Commitment

We believe that our individual differences make us collectively stronger – that our diverse backgrounds, experiences and cultures contribute to a broader perspective that makes us a better firm. That’s why Global Equities & Investment Banking continues to invest in efforts to further diversify our team and find the best candidates wherever they are.

And once they’re here, we offer a variety of firm resources and organizations to amplify their voices and support their growth.

Women in Capital Markets (WICM)

WICM, established and led by women and supported by firm leadership, aims to create a networking forum that fosters career advancement while addressing the challenges and opportunities women face in our industry, primarily through its annual symposium.

Women’s Interactive Network (WIN)

WIN supports women’s professional and career development at Raymond James by fostering an environment that attracts and retains professional women who will contribute to the firm’s long-term success.

LGBTA Pride Network

The network provides lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender associates with support and resources to help them grow and excel at Raymond James, and advocates for education, professional development and outreach in the workplace and community.

African Heritage Network

The network provides representation of all cultures through a structure that supports professional development while inspiring and creating community outreach with the ultimate goal of minority recruitment and retention.

Young Professionals Network (YPN)

YPN works to help grow and shape the careers of young associates at Raymond James, advocating professional development, promoting community involvement and expanding the professional network of its members.

Veterans Network

The network, which represents all service branches, fosters camaraderie, networking, and community involvement for its members by providing career development, training and outreach opportunities.

Hispanic Network

The network seeks to foster professional development for all Raymond James associates while raising understanding and awareness of Hispanic culture and attracting and retaining Hispanic/Latino professionals.
