CFA® Chartered Financial AnalystCesar Garcia Ortiz joined Carson Advisory Group in October 2023 as an Investment Adviser Representative. With a solid background in economics and mathematics, Cesar holds the Charted Financial Analyst (CFA®) designation and is an FRM Certified Professional, bringing a wealth of expertise to his role.
Educated in the Dominican Republic, the USA, and Spain, Cesar has a broad international perspective and is fluent in both English and Spanish. Before moving to the USA in 2023, he worked for almost a decade at the local Banking Regulating Agency in the Dominican Republic, where he honed his skills in financial regulation and risk management.
His diverse background and international experience enable him to offer unique insights and strategies. Cesar is an active member of the CFA Institute and the CFA Society of Atlanta, staying engaged with the latest developments in the field.
Cesar resides in Decatur, GA, with his wife, two children, and two dogs. Outside of work, he enjoys playing guitar, watching professional baseball, basketball, and soccer, and going to concerts. He makes the most of his time with his family and exploring his new community.
