Libby Valyo

Libby is dedicated to delivering exceptional service and support to both clients and team members. As a Client Service Associate, she manages a wide range of administrative responsibilities, including account maintenance, service requests, and client communications. With a detail-oriented and empathetic approach, Libby strives to make every client interaction seamless, efficient, and personalized.

She enjoys building meaningful relationships with the individuals and families we serve and is committed to ensuring they receive the highest level of care and attention. Whether assisting with client requests or supporting the daily operations of the team, Libby takes pride in providing timely, dependable service.

Before joining the team in May 2026, Libby served as a Lead Teacher at St. Andrew Early Childhood Center, where she developed a passion for serving families, fostering strong relationships, and helping others thrive. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Religion from Baylor University and a Master of Education from the University of New Hampshire.

Originally from Dover, NH, Libby now resides in Cary with her husband, Marc, and their four sons. Outside the office, she enjoys spending time outdoors, cheering on her children at sporting events, and serving in her community through Hope Community Church and youth sports volunteer activities.
